It all began when the owner started a small home renovation business over 25 years ago in Amsterdam, Holland. It quickly flourished into a thriving property management business doing work in and around busy Amsterdam and in other European cities. The founder of the company is a homeowner in Naquera, Spain and lives there year-round. Because he and his trusted staff live and work locally you can be assured that your property is always well looked after, that work is done correctly, and that we are able to address your requests expeditiously.
